John is the real deal. It’s getting harder to find a truly local garage door company these days. When my 16yo used the car to part the panels of the garage door in a way that would have made Moses proud, we needed it fixed fast. I called John on a Saturday morning, and he showed up first thing Sunday. Quick, responsive, and exactly what you hope for in a situation like that. He got the door working again in no time and even took care of a few extra things I did not ask for. The kind of service that makes you feel like you called the right person. We recently had our garage door replaced with a wood-look steel door, and it is gorgeous! We have had many compliments from our neighbors and family. John did a great job with installing the door along with a new motor. We used to use a well-known garage door service that has been sold but kept the name of the original owner, but their prices have gone through the roof and they do a hard sell during their repairs. We called John after seeing great local recommendations and reviews about the fair price and great service he offers. He is professional, courteous, and responds quickly when contacted.

I had a great experience working with John! I called him mid-quote from a large PI-backed company after receiving what I could tell was an insane and scammy quote. John came out next day to confirm what issues my door was having, and gave me a few much more reasonable options for either shorter -term fixes or replacements. We ended up replacing the whole thing, and are so glad we did! Our new system is smooth, quieter, and looks really nice (even against our older garage that desperately needs paint). He was communicative, nice, fairly priced, and honest. I was much happier supporting a small local business VS one of the huge national companies, and saved thousands doing so. I can't recommend them enough!

John’s Garage Door — or honestly, “Johnny on the Spot” — is incredible. I called them at 8:30 in the morning, and they were at my house by 9:00. My garage door was completely fixed by 9:45. That kind of response time is almost unheard of. We had a broken spring—no big deal considering how often we open and close the door. Six months prior, I had them out because the door was making a strange noise. John came over, inspected everything, added a little grease here and there, and told me there was nothing wrong. When I asked what I owed him, he said, “Nothing.” That told me everything I needed to know about his integrity. Honest, reliable, on time, and he stands behind his work. No unnecessary upsells, no inflated pricing—just straightforward, quality service. That’s a rare find these days. I’m so impressed, I’ll be handing out his cards to my neighbors. I dealt with John today and it was honestly the most seamless, easy experience. He responded to my text right away and was able to come out within 15 minutes since he was nearby. He replaced my spring and a few other parts quickly and explained everything along the way. Super honest, no upselling, and way better than my experience with Don’s Garage Doors last year. When I used them previously, I was quoted more than three times the price for the same spring repair. The price this time was very fair. I also asked what it would cost if I ever needed to replace my garage door, and his estimate was about a third or less of what I was previously quoted by Don’s Garage Doors. Really appreciate the transparency and quick service (didn’t take more than 45 minutes), would highly recommend!

Woke up this morning to a broken door spring. After searching around I found John and am so happy I did. What amazing service. After talking on phone and letting him know our cars were stuck in garage he said he’d be right over. He was here in under 15 minutes and got straight to work.
